Contingency Search Process

  • Conduct in-depth discussion of specific position requirements and your company culture.
  • Discuss key differentiators in working for your firm (i.e. why would a successful candidate leave your competitor to come work for you?).
  • Determine who you consider to be your competitors and where you would ideally like your candidate to come from.
  • Determine salary/package for candidate.
  • We begin the search. This includes submitting qualified candidates that we currently know as well as candidates that we locate by networking within the industry.
  • Personally screen each candidate and consider only the most qualified and interested candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates.
  • Present our candidate‚Äôs background to you (usually 2-4 highly qualified candidates).
  • Follow up with both you and our candidates after meeting. Recommend next steps.
  • Extend/negotiate offer on your behalf.
