Contingency Search Process
- Conduct in-depth discussion of specific position requirements and your company culture.
- Discuss key differentiators in working for your firm (i.e. why would a successful candidate leave your competitor to come work for you?).
- Determine who you consider to be your competitors and where you would ideally like your candidate to come from.
- Determine salary/package for candidate.
- We begin the search. This includes submitting qualified candidates that we currently know as well as candidates that we locate by networking within the industry.
- Personally screen each candidate and consider only the most qualified and interested candidates.
- Conduct reference checks on candidates.
- Present our candidate’s background to you (usually 2-4 highly qualified candidates).
- Follow up with both you and our candidates after meeting. Recommend next steps.
- Extend/negotiate offer on your behalf.
